We also advise board members and senior partners from professional services firms, including PwC, KPMG, EY and Dentons, and individuals from banking groups including AIB Group, Barclays, NatWest, DBS Bank, Morgan Stanley and UBS.

The firm has worked with some 200 clients in the UK, Europe and internationally to date.

Clients include the most senior board members from large Big Four and advisory firms. Others have very heavyweight general management experience as Group CEOs or divisional CEOs and have sometimes managed multi-billion P&Ls. They may also be successful entrepreneurs, digital leaders, executive committee members supported by their board to gain a NED role, or senior investment professionals.

A number have a finance background. They include a current and former FTSE CFOs and divisional CFOs and others from large-scale unlisted companies. In addition, clients may have a senior HR, consulting, communications or operational expertise.

Some 60% of clients are at the point of retirement and creation of a portfolio career. Around 30% are serving executives who wish to secure a non-executive directorship alongside the day job. Some 10% of clients are seeking to extend or broaden their portfolio by company type or geography, or gaining capacity and wishing to update and refresh their connections in the market. These include experienced Chairs and Non-executive Directors. Our clients are equally divided by gender.
