Our NEDC ecosystem enhances client outcomes in a range of ways: development, networks, role identification, board intelligence, headhunter contacts, interview preparation and board performance. NEDC generally receives no direct benefit from its network to ensure its independence, but invests deeply in cultivating these partnerships to better serve clients and optimise their chance of success.
This might range from mentioning a client to board headhunters relevant to their background over a long period of time to strengthen their visibility and currency in the market; facilitating an introduction to a relevant chairman and business; ensuring a client's BoardEx profile is existent and fit for purpose; connecting clients to high quality, relevant organisations to further their development and networking; recommending a client when sourced by a board headhunter for a non executive search, as happens frequently; or connecting them informally to a mentor or relevant non-executives. Headhunting firms who we work with include both Nurole and First Flight.
While NEDC is not an outplacement service but a bespoke launch service, we care very deeply about each client and work to further their progress in the market without pause after initial sessions are concluded.
